Production and Shipping

Processing Time

Because most Calunica clothing is handmade to order, please allow 2 weeks for your order to be printed and sewn.

The time needed to prepare orders for shipping varies. They are made on a first ordered first made basis and may take longer during busy seasons, but usually no more than two weeks.

I really strive to get them to you as soon as possible. Thanks for being so patient! Making them just for you is part of what makes Calunica so eco-friendly. I promise it will be worth the wait.

Ready-to-Ship items are usually shipped in 1-3 days. You will receive an email when your package has been shipped.

If you would like your tracking number, please make a comment on your order.

Shipping Time

Orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service.

Expect about 4 days for domestic US shipping and 14 days for international orders.

So total it will probably take 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive at your door after it's placed.

Domestic orders will have a tracking number available, so you can sign up for updates on USPS.com and know exactly when your package will arrive.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I really appreciate your support! If any issues arise with your order, I promise to communicate with you and work to resolve it.

Notifications

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice.

Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering for the first time.

You will also receive a message when your order has been shipped.

I do accept returns and exchanges.

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to get return instructions.

Then I would appreciate if you ship items back within 30 days of delivery and let me know when the package is on its way.

In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order, and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for

Custom or personalized orders.

Bikini bottoms, underwear or one-pieces.

However, please let me know if you have any problems with these items. I may be able to make an exception.

Collecting Information

Information is collected when you register on this site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

When ordering or registering, you may be asked for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Information is also collected about gift recipients so that the gift purchase can be fulfilled, but the information collected for gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

This information is used to personalize your site experience and deliver the type of content and product offerings that you are most interested in. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from the email list at any time by clicking on the 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of each email or by sending me a message.

Delete or Edit Your Account

To delete all of your online account information from the database, sign into the "My Account" section of the site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, I may include third party links on the site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. I therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. However, I do try to protect the integrity of my site and appreciate any feedback about these linked sites, including if a specific link does not work.
